Terms of sale and use
Version france-cgv-2026-08-21.v1. These terms cover free use of UNCLMD and future Deep Preflight France sales to consumers and businesses.
Business reactivation is still being registered. Public payment remains closed and no real order can be concluded before official activation.
Seller and customers
The seller is Lionel Rhinan, a French sole trader operating UNCLMD. A person without a company may buy as a consumer. A person buying mainly for business use selects business status and supplies a legal or trading name.
Service and limits
UNCLMD collects and structures observations from identified sources to support a creation decision. Deep Preflight France produces a dated name verification record for the available French scope. It is not legal advice, an exhaustive clearance search or a guarantee of availability or commercial success.
Price
Quick Preflight is free. Deep Preflight France costs €79 in total for one name and one record. UNCLMD currently operates under the French small business VAT exemption. The invoice states “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI”. This treatment must be changed immediately if the official tax status changes.
Order and payment
Before payment, the customer selects buyer status, reviews the product and price, corrects supplied information, and accepts these terms, the refund policy and the privacy policy. Stripe processes payment. The confirmation button clearly states that the order creates a payment obligation. The order is concluded only when payment is confirmed.
Performance and delivery
The customer requests immediate performance so sources can be queried and the record generated after payment confirmation. The record is available in the account and as a downloadable PDF. An unavailable source is reported as unknown. Immediate performance does not reduce the customer-friendly withdrawal policy below.
Account and confidentiality
You must protect access to your account and submit only information you are authorised to process. Projects are private by default. Publication or invitation requires an explicit owner action.
Acceptable use
You must not evade limits, abuse source automation, access another user’s project, compromise security, infringe rights or use the service unlawfully.
Evidence and decisions
A report states the coverage actually obtained at the stated time. No result does not establish availability. Material decisions must be confirmed with official sources and qualified counsel where appropriate.
Consumer withdrawal
A consumer has 14 calendar days from the day after the order is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. UNCLMD voluntarily applies a full refund even when the record has already been generated or downloaded. Send the request to contact@unclmd.com. Refunds use the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the request.
Model withdrawal form
“To UNCLMD, business address pending publication, contact@unclmd.com. I hereby withdraw from my Deep Preflight France contract ordered on [date] for the name [checked name]. Customer name, account email, date and signature if sent on paper.”
Business refunds
Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to a business purchase. A business may still request a refund for a duplicate payment, non-delivery, a material error attributable to UNCLMD or a service that could not be performed. The request must identify the order and be sent to the contact below.
Consumer mediation
A consumer mediator has not yet been appointed. Consumer sales remain closed until the mediator’s name, contact details and website are published here and in the order information.
Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted or partial. UNCLMD exposes limits instead of producing a silent pass. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For a business, total liability connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except for gross misconduct, personal injury or a mandatory rule to the contrary.
Records and data
Versioned acceptance evidence, the order and accounting records are retained under privacy policy france-privacy-2026-08-21.v1 and schedule france-retention-2026-08-21.v1. The customer keeps the PDF and may request a copy of available contractual information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection that applies to them.
